So, it's happening a little later..

Well, it was bound to happen. No, I'm not going to the 2nd anniversary show of The Colbert Report like I had planned. The family had some unexpected expenses, which makes the trip hard to make. So, instead, we have decided that we will use the tickets that I received my first email for, for November 12th. Yes, it's later than I wanted, and yes, it's not a special show, but, it's closer to what I wanted, which was to kind of make the trip into a birthday gift for my mom, who's never been to New York. Also, it's on a Monday, so we can get the show out of the way and do other things the rest of the week. It also gives me more time to get my hands on some tickets to The Daily Show, which I haven't had much luck in.
